Rent To Buy a Home is a family run business which takes great pride in helping families move into the homes of their dreams.

Richard and Pam McGowan have been involved with Real Estate for over  25 years. Pam is a Certified General Accountant and can offer advice with the monthly budgets and yearly Taxes. Richard is a Mortgage Broker and can quickly identify if and when our clients will be able to qualify for a mortgage. Richard is also the Canadian Director of a not-for-profit organization that offers assistance to developing countries around the world.

Gary and Michelle McGowan have been married for 13 years and have three small kids. They have been working in the Rent to Own business for the last three years and have helped many families with this strategy. Gary works with the clients to locate homes that best suits their situation. Michelle is a stay at home mom that helps with the monthly management of our properties and stays connected with our clients.

Kristy McGowan-Nowell is our Client Representative.  Her job is to guide our clients through the entire application process from start to finish.
